2003 - Fifth Age

The Forging

-2000 years after the events of the Ring in Middle-Earth.

-A mysterious warp energy has caused a converging of worlds across the multiverse.

-In recent times it has been mused that the cause of such warp energies originated with a man named Blackhawk, a nomad-turned garment peddler.

-Andin and Fenwick are a few of the only beings still living in the Land of Rivendell in the wake of the warp energies.

-Andin frequently travels north to the Kingdom of Pentwyvern and establishes contact there.

• Andin then forges an alliance with King Oron of Pentwyvern, first of his name.

-Phelps, a citizen of Rivendell discovers the realm of Mittlemarch in the west and establishes contact there.

-Rivendell's citizens travel to the epicenter of warp activity for the first and takes part in 18th annual Ragnarok battle alongside countless other realms.

-1st crown war of Rivendell sees Fenwick pitted against Darklun, another citizen of Rivendell.

• Darklun wins and Razier, citizen of Rivendell, petitions to become the 1st Squire of the realm under the newly crowned King Darklun, the 1st King of Rivendell, first of his name.

• King Darklun accepts Squire Razier and the Knightly Order of Rivendell is forged there on the field.

-King Darklun is kidnapped by Blood Clerics led by his former competitor, Fenwick.

• The King is saved by the tio Andin, Squire Razier, and Mauruk, a citizen of Rivendell.

• King Darklun grows weary of battle and abdicates his position and title to Fenwick, now King Fenwick, the 2nd King of Rivendell first of his name.

2004-2008 - Sixth Age

The Great Change

-King Fenwick neglects duties and the crown and leaves realm to Andin, Squire Razier, Aidyn, and Kida.

-Blood Clerics led by King Fenwick open a portal.

-Maeve and Aurelica appear, from the British Isles.

-After a contest of arms King Fenwick is succeeded by King Vodin the 3rd King of Rivendell, assisted by The Dragoons of the east led by Maeve.

-Sir Razier is knighted as the 1st Knight of the Knightly Order of Rivendell.

-Afrit and Wendigo arrive and form the Alchemist's Guild.

-The unit Wargar is founded by General Dayen and Sir Razier.

-King Vodin is usurped by the new Queen Maeve of The Dragoons, first of her name and the 1st Queen of Rivendell.

-House Shinzon is formed by Shinzon.

-Sir Razier takes on Mauruk as his Squire, the 2nd Squire of the Knightly Order of Rivendell.

-Loki Rokynn arrives in Rivendell.

-Tensions rise between Shinzon of House Shinzon and the rest of Rivendell.

• The united realm defeats Shinzon and House Shinzon in his attempt to take the crown from Queen Maeve of The Dragoons.

• After the defeat of Shinzon the House Shinzon collapses.

• The Dragoons retreat east to the realm of Mittlemarch, leaving emissaries in their stead. 

• The united Counsel of Rivendell absolves Rivendell's Crown Title until a worthy person arises.

-Squire Mauruk is knighted by Sir Razier as the 2nd Knight of the Knightly Order of Rivendell.

• Sir Mauruk is then charged with holding the crown in trust of the realm.

-Sir Madog and a unit of Uruk-Hai arrive in Rivendell.

-Sir Razier of the Knightly Order of Rivendell passes.

• The Wargar unit grows stronger under the dutiful leadership of General Dayen.

-The Alchemist's Guild's power begins to wane.

2008-2014 - Seventh Age

The Great Collapse

-A time of great chaos and haze is endured in the Rivendell realm.

-The Holy Lady appears, guiding the Pandaemonium unit through the growing haze towards Rivendell.

• In her honor, the Pandaemonium wear her colors of pink and black and take their namesake from their capital city in Hell.

• The Pandaemonium begin to go on a religious missionary to bring the word of their Holy Lady to the realm, through ritualistic celebrations and debacle.

• The citizens of Rivendell accept them into the realm with open arms.

-Sir Mauruk takes on Strife and Phelps as Squires of the Knightly Order of Rivendell.

-Bova the Bull arrives in the city.

-Andin travels west.

2015-Present day - Eighth Age

The Time of the Stewards

-With the arrival of the Pandaemonium, the haze surrounding the realm begins to subside. 

-The realm of Rivendell grows and people arrive en masse. Troubles begin to take a heavy toll upon the realm in the absence of the crown and the need for a Steward is recognized.

-The realm comes together in a red doored tavern elects Kaonna as Steward of the Realm and full counsel under duress. 

• Squire Phelps of Wargar is elected as Second Steward.

• Kitni of Pandaemonium is elected as Secretary Scribe of the Realm.

• Sir Mauruk is elected as Head Herald.

The First Siege of Imladris

- A mighty and fearsome dragon suddenly arrives in Rivendell during the heat of the Summer harvest, scorching desolation of fire in her wake.

-The Siege of Imladris begins.​

• The eggs from the new dragon become a sort of currency in the realm and are traded as such.

• Northmen invade Rivendell to steal eggs and destroy the realm.

• Loz of Wargar, the Librarian sends adventurers on a quest out to find the eggs in attempt to stave off the invading Northmen.

• The Northmen advance and burn the city with dragon flames and occupy Rivendell.

• The citizens of Rivendell fall back to the central keep and eventually push back the attacking Northmen.

• The Librarian's group of adventurers destroy the dragon.

• Loz the Librarian destroys the eggs.

-Celebration and feasting follows as the city is left in peace.

The Spring of 2016

-Loki Rokynn is elected as the new Steward in a peaceful transfer of power from Kaonna.

• Sir Mauruk is elected as both Second Steward and Master-at-Arms.

• Malia, Mistress of the Pandaemonium is elected as both Mistress of Coin and Secretary Scribe of the Realm.

• Sheridan of Wargar is elected as the Realm Weapon Attendant. 

• Steward Loki and his council establish many days of feast, festivals, and tournaments in Rivendell with the help of Wargar and the Cult of the Lady, Pandaemonium. This forms a steadfast alliance between their units.

-Steward Loki leads realm east into Ragnarok and represents Rivendell at War Counsel for the first time since the Age of Forging.

• Rivendell forces are called upon by the the easterner, Theowyn to take up arms in her struggle to be crowned Queen of Dagorhir. The throne had been previously abandoned by Jercules of the Wine, who had since faded into myth and memory. A mighty battle was waged on the fields beyond the castle at Ragnarok and was won by allied forces.

• Theowyn was named Queen of Dagorhir, first of her name, but then presented the Crown to Wargar to be laid at the alter of the late Sir Claw Von Yoji in the Wargar Hall of Heroes. Beside this alter was laid another alter to the late Sir Razir of Wargar.

• Sir Claw Von Yoji of Wargar was there named King of Dagorhir, first of his name, the Bear Lord within the Wargar Hall of Heroes.

-Spirosin arrives as the 1st elf citizen since the Collapse.

The Second Siege of Imladris

-The Second Siege of Imladris begins.

• A Dark Wizard arrives to the realm and summons multiple demons from Hell to terrorize Rivendell.

• Magic resurges within the realm as many can feel it's energy.

• Chaos corrupts the lands within and surrounding the realm.

• The Northmen blame Rivendell for the corruption and return to besiege the city in an effort to stop it.

• Loz of Wargar, the Librarian sends adventurers on a quest to end the hostilities and stop the Dark Wizard.

• Both armies of Rivendell and besieging Northmen discover runes of power during encounters surrounding the siege.

• The Cultists of Pandaemonium, former residents of Hell, are called on to explain the runes.

• The Northmen use runes to control the Dark Wizard's demons.

• The Rivendell army decides to use the runes to summon demons of their own.

• The Rivendell army falls back to the central keep and eventually push back the attacking Northmen.

• Loz the Librarian is found to be the Dark Wizard due to possession of the demons and is exorcised by the group of adventurers. 

-In the post-siege celebration Squire Phelps is knighted by Sir Mauruk as the 3rd Knight of the Knightly Order of Rivendell.

-Rivendell and their allies go on a great campaign to southern lands of Eastwind and take part in a large battle surrounding Eastwind Castle.

• Suffering many hardships on a successful campaign, the Rivendell forces return north to the realm with new friends and travelers.

-Toscan arrives and the 2nd elf citizen since the Collapse

The Spring of 2017

-Steward Loki of Wargar is re-elected as the Steward of Rivendell.

• Bogi of Pandaemonium is elected as Second Steward.

• Lady Makeera Norstra is elected as the Mistress of Coin.

• Malia, Mistress of the Pandaemonium is elected as Secretary Scribe of the Realm.

• Sir Mauruk of Wargar is elected as the Realm Weapon Attendant. 

• Sir Rukus is elected as Master-at-Arms.

-After surviving another year of Northmen siege the realm recoups and gathers top push back the invaders. The Northmen, worshipping their god Kek partake in a Spring ritual devoted to him.

• Hoping to catch the Northmen distracted, Rivendell forces move in to reclaim their land and push back the Northmen invaders. The warriors of Rivendell push past the river and access the tower. After taking the tower they are ambushed by a small Ork Warband. The Warband lights a signal beacon within the tower and begin a "Waaaagh" ritual. This fuels the Orkz and they begin to draw power from the combined might of the Waaaagh.

• The Rivendell forces manage to snuff out the beacon, ending the Waaaagh ritual. The realm's warriors push on the remaining Orkz from their land.

• Rivendell launch a surprise attack on the Northmen, saving what weapons and food rations that could be found while burning all the alters to the Northmen's god, Kek.

• Beaten, the Northmen retreat back to their own forsaken lands and Rivendell is freed from their onslaught.

• In celebration, the realm participates in the in a popular game of demon ball, a celebratory sport honoring the past battle against the Dark Wizard.

The Summer of 2017 Ragnarok

-Squire Loki Rokynn is knighted by Sir Madog as the 4th Knight of the Knightly Order of Rivendell.

-Rivendell forces are called upon by the southerners, Sev and Fyxes of No Quarter to honorably take up arms in their struggle to both be crowned Queen of Dagorhir on the field at Ragnarok.

• Many claims to the title were presented to the forces until it was decided that only by trial of combat would a proper claim to the throne be supported by the Rivendell forces. The fights were fought in the names of would-be kings, queens, and like but No Quarter won the trial and was then widely supported by the forces of Rivendell.

• A mighty battle was waged on the fields beyond the castle at Ragnarok and was won by allied forces. Sev and Fyxes of No Quarter were there both named Queens of Dagorhir, first of their names.

-Sir Luther Von Durgan and the late Sir Claw Von Yoji, former King of Dagorhir, first of his name, are recognized by a council of Rivendell Knights and join the Knightly Order of Rivendell as it's 5th and 6th Knights.

The Third Siege of Imladris

-The Imperial Guard, hailing from the northern realm of Eryndor, is recognized as a unit in the realm of Rivendell.

-Third Siege of Imladris begins.

• The small Ork Warband that was engaged in Spring is spotted once more. Their forces were multiplied in size and strength by many Waaaagh rituals and had become a full-fledged Waaaaaggh Horde.

• The Warboss of the Waaaaaggh Horde confronted Rivendell scouts in open field battles en route towards the city. The soucts were defeated, but not before alerting Rivendell to the oncoming danger.

• In an effort to cut off suplies to the besieged city, the Waaaaaggh Horde ambushed on Rivendell's grain delivery.

• Rivendell forces manage to save most of the grain and return to the city while the Orkz begin to lay siege to the realm's outer defences.

• A narrow pass was utilized to hold off the Waaaaaggh Horde for a time; but was overcame by the attacking Orkz.

• The Rivendell army was forced to hold off the Waaaaaggh Horde in the open fields while builders attempted to bolster the broken defences.

• The Rivendell army falls back to the central keep and eventually push back the attacking Waaaaaggh Horde, defeating the Ork Warboss.

-The Third Siege of Imladris ends with celebration and feasting.

-While some of Rivendell's forces remain within the realm to prepare for the coming Winter a contingent of warriors traveled to their allies south in Eastwatch in an effort to secure forces and alliances with southern lords.

The Spring of 2018

-Malia, Mistress of the Pandaemonium Cultists is elected as the new Steward in a peaceful transfer of power from Sir Loki of Wargar.

• Haddix of the Imperial Guard is elected as Second Steward.

• Brock Hyfang is elected as the Master of Coin.

• Rioch the Red is elected as Secretary Scribe of the Realm.

• Bogi of Pandaemonium is elected as the Realm Weapon Attendant. 

• Sir Rukus of Pandaemonium remains as Master-at-Arms.

-Battles were wrought across the following Spring as the forces of Rivendell were attacked in the realm of Hell, the former home of the destroyed Dark Wizard and the Cultists of Pandaemonium.

• In Hell the Rivendell army overcomes an entrapment of lasers and fights their way back into the realm safely.

-Sir Rukus of the Wolves of Ancient Azahiem, Cultist of the Pandaemonium takes on Avalon of the Deep Guard and Ryn Warbear, both Honored Guardsman of the Imperial Guard, as Squires of the Wolves of Ancient Azahiem.

-Sir Luther Von Durgan returns to Rivendell and takes on Rioch the Red as a Squire of the Knightly Order of Rivendell.

-Sir Rune of the east realm of Mittelmarch takes on a former captain of the invading Waaaaaggh Horde, Bone-Breaker Wrentok the White Ork as a Squire.

-Bova the Bull and Lady Makeera Norstra lay the foundations of Rivendell's first artisans guild, Collegium Tenebris Cervi and hold a number of mead making courses with Sir Mauruk of Wargar.

-Rivendell forces are called upon by the Queens of Dagorhir, Sev and Fyxes of No Quarter to honorably defend the crown on the fields of Ragnarok. Allied forces won the day and the crown was maintained by the Queens.

The Fourth Siege of Imladris

-Sir Loki of Wargar is presented as General of Wargar by Lord Dayan who had previously held the position since the Sixth Age.

The Spring of 2019

-Klondike of Pandaemonium is elected as the new Steward in a peaceful transfer of power from Malia, Mistress of the Pandaemonium and her council.

• Squire Ryn Warbear, Honored Guardsman of the Imperial Guard is elected as Second Steward.

• Lady Makeera Norstra, guild member of Collegium Tenebris Cervi is elected as the Mistress of Coin.

• Bova the Bull, Knight of House Tull, guild member of Collegium Tenebris Cervi is elected as Secretary Scribe of the Realm.

• Squire Avalon, Honored Guardsman of the Imperial Guard, Second in Command of The Deep Guard is elected as the Realm Weapon Attendant. 

• Sir Rukus of Pandaemonium remains as the realm's Master-at-Arms.

• Caldose eo Lithyla of Pandaemonium is elected as the Head Herald.
